CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Unfortunately, once you have completed your order we are unable to cancel. If you wish to return your product please see our ‘Returning Unwanted Goods’ section

RETURNING UNWANTED GOODS

We believe you will be satisfied with your Motorola device and accessories, however, if you need to return your item(s), we want to make it as easy as possible for you. Any unwanted item(s) may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. You must return your handset in a new and unused condition in the original box with all accessories included.

Please use the form on this page to request a return and one of our customer support agents will be in touch with a returns ID and shipping instructions.

REFUND POLICY

Upon receiving and inspecting the item(s), we will refund your money within 7 days using the same payment method you used when purchasing the product(s). If you do not receive your refund within 7 days, please contact orders@motorolarugged.com who will be able to assist.

REQUESTING YOUR INVOICE

Your invoice was sent to you via email, however, if you require a copy, please contact our support team, who will be able to assist with your request.
